In short

Johdota uses no cookies, needs no sign-up and collects no personal data about players. Visitor statistics are anonymous.

Your progress

Completed levels, wiring, settings and your chosen region are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). They are not sent to a server. You can delete them with the game's "Start over" button (your region is kept) or by clearing the site data in your browser.

Visitor statistics

The site uses Umami analytics, which uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses. The statistics record anonymously, for example, page views, the type of browser and device, the country, and game events such as which level was opened and completed and which region was chosen. The data is used only to improve the game. If Do Not Track is switched on in your browser, no statistics are collected.

Feedback

The feedback form runs on Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). The form also stores the level you were on and your region when you sent it. Your email address is optional and is used only to reply to your feedback.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare. Fonts and game files come from the same server, so your browser does not contact Google, for example. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the page and protect the service.
